A popular, great value wine. Bottles are still numbered even though production exceeds 250,000. Starting this vintage, it comes in Burgundy-shaped bottles. Deep ruby colour. Complex nose with cocoa, red fruit jam, toasted aromas and aniseed notes on the background. Fresh palate with bright acidity, well-integrated oak and fine texture. The fresh 2013 vintage at its best within this price range. 16.5 points
