Le Rosé de Antídoto 2015 Rosado

Antídoto, Ribera del Duero

Lots of ambition in this rosé that will be released in a few months. It is the sort of wine which would throw off a great deal of people if it were tasted in black glasses. As Bertrand Sourdais puts it, there is a certain degree of provocation in making only two 500-litre barrels of a rosé sourced from what he considers a top vineyard or cru. The wine is really complex with rose petals, dried leaves, minty and aniseed aromas. Extremely sapid (umami), intense and persistence. A striking wine. 17.0 points
