PEPE FRANCO ha elaborado este ensayo fotográfico sobre el enólogo danés afincado en la Ribera del Duero, autor de Pingus. Peter Sisseck nos permitió acompañarle a lo largo de un día en el que conocimos nuevos proyectos, recorrimos la bodega, los viñedos de los que sale Pingus, almorzamos, catamos y escuchamos sus opiniones sobre el vino y también sobre la vida, ya que para Sisseck “hacer vino no es un trabajo; es una forma de vida”. PEPE FRANCO is the author of this photographic essay about Peter Sisseck, the Danish winemaker behind Pingus in Ribera del Duero. During the course of one day, Sisseck talked about his new projects, showed us the winery and the vineyards where Pingus come from, enjoyed lunch and a tasting with us, and shared his views on wine and life.
