Údico 2014 Blanco

Tentenublo, Arabako Txakolina

An unusual txakoli fermented in chesnut casks without stirring the lees. It comes from eight-year old vineyards with average yields of 3,000 kg per hectare. Pale yellow colour. Aniseed, floral (talcum powder), apple and citrus fruit aromas on the nose. Wood adds depth rather than flavor thus giving prominence to the zesty and citrus character that leads onto a long finish. 16.0 points
