Ercavio 2023 Blanco

Airén is the most widely planted white variety in Spain, but it is mainly used for bulk and distillation. This wine can lead the way for straightforward, characterful Airén wines. Its main strength is the fact that it is made from old vines. This of course adds some seriousness, but the most interesting features are its freshness and a hint of chalkiness on the finish which cleanses the palate. A perfect match for light summer dishes.
