The quote is usually attributed to Humphrey Bogart, but Javier Servera, the author of this wine, also wanted to silence those who did not believe in the quality of the Manto Negro grape. This is the winery's most refined and finely textured red, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, creamy and spicy notes, a hint of Mediterranean herbs and not a trace of the rusticity often associated with this variety.
