TASTING NOTES

Terreus Pago de Cueva Baja 2011 Tinto

Mauro, Castilla y León

Deep purple colour. Complex nose with expressive kirsch and red fruit aromas and a hint of mint and rockrose flowers. This is a powerful, yet velvety red displaying a fruit-driven mid-palate with some hazelnuts notes. Perhaps less ripe than other previous vintages but still capable to wrap-up concentration in a silk glove. A very good wine to lay down. 18.0 points
