TASTING NOTES

Cisma 2012 Tinto

Pujanza, Rioja

This red wine comes from a vineyard with less than a hectare planted in 1925 on clay soils at 600 metres of altitude in Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa). It displays a hypnotic nose with red meat (roast beef), kirsch, blackberries and dried flower aromas. Deep and multi-layered, yet with an intriguing aerial character with earthy, almost rustic notes that add character. It will develop nicely with time. 18.0 points
